MSTA Training dates for 2026/2027
MSTA Category 2 (Dairy Technician)
Block 1: Monday 16th – Friday 20th November 2026
Block 2: Monday 22nd – Friday 26th February 2027
The course will be run over one academic year at a cost of £2,550.00 plus VAT.
MSTA Category 3 (Dairy Engineering Technician)
Block 1: Monday 23rd – Friday 27th November 2026
Block 2: Monday 1st – Friday 5th March 2027
